why are their so many people who starve and strive to be thin.. like all the modeling agencies, they say you?
have to be thin or you won't qualify... There are very few people out there who accept themselves as who they are and look at themselves as big, bold and beautiful. Why do you have to be thin to get a man, What is the point of starving yourself or forcing your self to vomit after eating.. Why can't people just be happy for the way they are. i am happy with myself. but i am ust tired of people always talking about how fat they are, and how ugly they are... if you are insecure about youself, weight,looks, anything.. it is because you let yourself get torin down by others and your negitivity... GRRR it has been proven that bigger people are more healthy then skinny people. Not all but the rating was around 80% of bigger people. modeling agencies and other clothing lines, make clothes big enough to fit Nichole Richie and barbie Wanna be, but not every one is that size..so why expect it??
Well, I'm a bigger girl & have finally learned to be o.k. with that (hence the name bigmamma) and I totally agree w/ you. I had a couple friends over a few months ago & they laughed at me because I told them that I finally realized I either had to do something about being big or shut up & learn to live w/ it. I choose to shut up & live w/ it. Sure I'd like to be a little thinner, but eating right & exercising has never worked for me so I have to learn to like myself the way I am. I'm not sure if that makes me sound like a quitter or just a person who has learned to love themself for who they are. And YES, the media does push it down our throats 24/7 & it's ridiculous!
