Mold ruined my storage items...?
Yesterday I went to the storage unit I rent from a public storage type of property.
All clothes, mattresses, a lift chair, basically all fabric was either full of mold or damp and smelled moldy. Wood surfaces were moldy.
This was d/t water seepage and not d/t my stored items.
I hope to reach an agreement w the company for replacement costs. Is there a website I can find out my rights?
(pls dont answer anything about renter's insurance or my homeowners insurance covering this. I wont go that route)
