Where is the OBD plug in a 1995 Saab 9000 Aero?

I have a problem and access to a Tech 2 Diagnostic tool but I am unable to figure out where to plug it in.. Looked under the dash, by the fuse box and behind the carpet under the passenger seat but cant for the life of me find the right plug. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
If there aint one then how does Tech 2 hook up and if Tech 2 doesnt hook up what does?
@ Jude I have tried but there is no CEL, there is a Check Radiator Light but I have throughly checked the cooling system and found no problem, and my no start problem is not the battery, DIC, feul pump, OR CPS...
