i am re drawing hte lowell auditorium for my cadd shop in school and the center of the auditorium is an egg shape and i am drawing pillars on hte edges, now i want to kno is if there is way to offset soemthing at an angle, u kno instead of offseting the whole hting by a foot the top part would offset by a foot and the bottom would stay conected to the origional line

I don't recall there being a way to offset skewed that way.
What I would normally do is offset, then draw an angled line from bottom point to offset top point. Otherwise I would have see what specifically you're doing to tell you anything else.
