As a three in one unit, the Brother DCP-7020 does it all, and is priced considerably more reasonably than its competitors. Is it illegal for a property management company to distribute a copy of a homeowners banking info w/o consent?

The Property Management Company for my condo disagreed with a memo note that I wrote on my check. The president of the company scanned the check into his computer, created a PDF file of the copy and distributed the file via email to numerous homeowners in the building. He did not blacken out my personal banking information from the check before distributing. Is this illegal without my consent as there is now a minimum of 7 people in my building with my routing number, account number, bank name and copy of my signature?

Ask your bank about this, because no, it does not sound legal.
