How can I refill a paintball gun air tank?

I have a large Co2 bottle used for COPD patient breathing. I would like to use it to fill a paintball gun refillable tank. What do I need? Please be specific as I am rather simple minded. lol

Assuming that you have the correct type of tank (I don't know what they use for COPD), you need a Co2 fill station and a scale. The fill station will attach to your COPD tank and to the tank you want to fill. Then you can control the flow from one tank to the other. The scale is for measuring how much Co2 is in your paintball tank, because they are filled by weight instead of pressure. There are also some legal issues. In order to work with the high-pressure Co2, you need to be certified. This paintball school should have the right courses. The C6 Field Operations Certification should be the right class. http://www.paintball-pti.com/
