wich one is better paint one stage or two stage?
hi i want to paint my car but i dont want to spend alot of money i painted cars before but always use two stage basecoat and then the clear but right now i dont have a lot of money i was wondering if i use the single stage will i get the same results as the two stage
Single stage Urethane is the way to go. No clear. We are getting ready to paint our cars at WTF Racing.net with paint we found on E Bay. It comes in a kit with 1 gallon Urethane, activator, reducer and filters for under $100.00. The gallon will give you enough after mixing for several coats. Go with the urethane because it's more durable than acrylic enamel. This is the cheaper way to go and will last a long time if you take care of it.
