How could i drop in without taking my leg off the tail?
See i skate and like when i go down my friends steep ramp my left foot on the tail (im goofy) like comes off once my front truck hits the ground. Any ideas? Friend was thinking f tapeing my foot to the board... need a new idea.

ANALYZING FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE OF BANKS USING THE LACE RATING SYSTEM
Generally, it is very essential to find out the financial health of any instituion and more particularly Banking institution in india and abroad.One of the performance tool is LACE Rating and hence its stability is to be observed. Downward trends in the financial ratings indicate deterioration in the organizations financial condition. Continuous changes in the financial ratings may be indicative of instability. Banking organizations having low ratings (C, D or E) are likely to have financial problems and for this reason the accompanying ratios should be carefully evaluated.
LIQUIDITY
Liquidity in banking is very difficult to measure because a bank's liquidity position changes daily. Thus by the time the bank's financial data are processed, the ratios may not represent its current position. However, one must measure liquidity in the best possible way because it is the lack of liquidity which may bring about the closing of the bank if financial problems become known.
Two ratios are shown under the liquidity heading. The ratio of TI-VL/A.ASTS measures liquid assets minus volatile liabilities divided by average assets, which gives the net liquidity position relative to the bank's size. The ratio will vary considerably by the size of bank, with smaller banks having higher ratios on the average than larger banks. The ratio of LNS/AST stands for total loans to average assets. Generally speaking, the more banks are loaned up, the less likely they are able meet unforeseen deposit withdrawals.
ASSET QUALITY
Banks generally fail because of bad loans. For this reason, the ratio of nonperforming assets to capital should be reviewed, especially in relation to the bank's current and future earnings position. Banks having a nonperforming asset ratio to capital approaching 100 percent or greater and negative earnings are likely to be struggling for survival.
When evaluating asset quality, one should compare the ratio of CHARGEOFFS/ASSETS to the ratio of LOSS RSRV/ASTS (loan-loss reserve ratio). Under normal conditions, the loan-loss reserve ratio should be around the 1.25 percent level. If the level of nonperforming assets or the level of charge-offs is above normal, the loan-loss reserve ratio should be higher to cover future losses.
CAPITAL
In measuring capital, one should focus on the leverage ratio (basically equity capital-to- assets). This ratio should be six percent or higher for large banks and eight percent or higher for smaller banks. Important to a bank's capital position is a strong and steady growth in earnings with a low dividend payout ratio. This allows earnings to be retained for capital.
EARNINGS
The most important earnings ratios are those that represent the bottom-line of the income statement, mainly the ratios of income to assets or pretax income on a tax equivalent basis to assets. A return on capital ratio may be misleading because banks can increase the ratio through higher leveraging.
Analysis of bank earnings should begin with the net interest income ratio, which has been adjusted for tax equivalency. Higher this ratio the better, especially in relationship to other peer banks. The interest income, net interest income, and pretax income ratios should all be evaluated on a tax equivalent basis, which adds back to the income stream tax benefits. The no interest income ratio has become more important to banks in recent years because the deregulation of interest rates has narrowed net interest margins and has caused banks to rely more on fee income.
The overhead ratio should be looked at with caution because a bank's cost will vary by its type of operation. Retail consumer-oriented banks with a large branch network should have higher overhead costs and higher margins than banks specializing in wholesale banking. The ratio of provisions to the loan-loss reserve should also be evaluated in relation to the bank's margins. Higher provisions generally mean there are loan problems. However, further evaluation should be made by looking at the ratio of nonperforming loans to assets and at the bank's net interest margins. Sometimes higher risks can be offset by higher returns, but careful analysis should be made before making such a deduction. The pretax income ratio (put on a tax equivalent basis) allows one to evaluate the bank's overall earning strength without the effects of extraordinary items or tax credits.
From the aforesaid discussion, it is felt that, The main purpose of using this tool is to examine the validity and the reliability of financial ratios in an international comparison. The relationship between international accounting practices and the comparability of financial ratios will be considered. The outcome is to find out which financial ratios are the most appropriate tools in the international context, i.e. when comparing companies operating in different countries.

Four Dog Training Tools That You Must Use
Dog training doesn’t have to be that difficult and really, when it comes to basic dog training, you only need a few dog training tools. Sure you can buy all the latest and greatest tools that money can buy but you don’t really need to and sometimes, such as is the case with dog training tools, less is actually more. That being said, I would like to point out that the type of training that you do will greatly affect the type of dog training tools that you need. For example, if you are training your dog for hunting, you will need a variety of tools such as dummies, birds, whistles and, possibly, a rifle. While hunting training may be a step that you are moving toward, for now we are just going to look at dog training tools that you will need for basic dog training.
Tool #1: The Bait Since most dog trainers use positive reinforcement you need some form of bait and reward for your dog. Obviously, food is a big incentive for many dogs but you may need to invest in something different if your dog is really not interested in food or your trainer recommends a different type of reward, such as a clicker. If you will be using food, it is important to use a soft treat that is cut into small morsels; usually about the size of your pinkie nail. Using small bites is the perfect dog training tool since a dog won’t lose focus when he is chewing the food and you won’t need to spend large amounts of money renewing your food reward.
Tool #2: The Lead (or leash) One piece of everyday dog gear that you will use as a dog training tool is a lead or leash. This is just a standard leash that you can use for walks on a daily basis and the only thing that it should be is sturdy. For many areas of training, this will be the most important dog training tool that you will use, outside of food, since this will give you the greatest control over your dog. What is usually recommended with leads is to purchase one that is 6 feet long with a sturdy clip. Do not purchase a retractable leash to use as a dog training tool since you will not have as much control over your dog if you do. If you decide to take your dog to different types of training, such as conformation, you will find that you need different styles of leads but for basic training, a simply 6 foot nylon lead is essential. When you move into long distance “come,” your trainer may ask you to purchase a 20 foot lead but that will be at the discretion of your trainer.
Tool #3: The Collar Although this dog training tool is often linked with the leash, it is important to look at the collar on its own. Generally, when you are looking for a good collar for training, you will want one that is flat and has a snapping clip to prevent the collar from slipping. Some trainers will recommend that you use a choke or a prong collar as an essential dog training tool but it is important that you only use those if you are told to do so and that you use the collar correctly since they can lead to serious injuries for the dog if used incorrectly.
Tool #4: The Toy While this isn’t a dog training tool that you will really use during the training, it is a good tool to have handy for breaks or even for distractions. During a training session, take a few breaks for the dog to be rewarded through play. This will keep your dog interested in training and it won’t seem too long for you puppy. In addition to providing a break, a toy can be placed out as a distraction when you are teaching come. Having the distraction will teach your dog that no matter what he is doing, he needs to listen when you give the command. Once you have all the essential dog training tools, I would recommend speaking with your trainer to find out if there is anything that he would recommend or, if the training is specialized, if there is anything extra you should bring. Usually, all you will really need is a lead, a collar and the reward.

Emergency Kit Advice For Your Classic Car
Emergency kits are an essential tool for any vehicle including your classic car. Whether you have a relaxed trip to the country or a longer trip to a classic car show, it is always best to be prepared ahead of time. What should the kit include?
- Tools for minor car repairs including flat head and Phillips screwdrivers, vice grips, adjustable wrench, pliers, pocketknife, or a multipurpose tool containing many tools in one. Other items that can come in handy during a roadside emergency include oil, antifreeze, windshield washer fluid, rags or paper towels, duct tape, and an ice scraper.

- A blanket.
- A bottle of water.
- Food such as Granola or energy bars.
- A flashlight with extra batteries.

- Pen and paper.
- A help sign to place in the window for passing vehicles to see in case you are stranded inside your classic car.
- A spare tire, vehicle jack, tire pressure gauge, and lug wrench. Another handy item to have available is a bottled tire inflator. If the tire is not completely flat, you may be able to inflate the tire enough to get to a service station.

What Is A Spectrum Analyzer And How Does It Work?
A spectrum analyzer is a type of electronic test equipment which measures an electrical, optical or audio waveform. A spectrum analyzer displays the frequency response curve as it occurs in real time. It can also measure the power spectrum when used with an antenna which has been properly calibrated.
There are two types of spectrum analyzers, analog and digital. The analog variety breaks down into two further sub-types. One type works by the means of a variable band-pass filter whose mid-frequency is swept through the range of frequencies to measure in the spectrum. The other type uses a superheterodyne receiver where an oscillator is swept through the range of frequencies to be measured. A digital spectrum analyzer works by computing the discrete Fourier transform (DFT). The DFT is a mathematical formula which transforms a waveform into the components of its frequency spectrum. Due to the superiority of digital technology, a digital analyzer will always outperform an analog analyzer in frequency resolution for a given acquisition time.
Some spectrum analyzers use a method of measurement which combines both the analog and digital methods. In this type of analyzer the incoming signal is down-converted to a lower frequency using superheterodyne techniques and then analyzed using fast fourier transformation (FFT) techniques.
Spectrum analysis equipment, especially optical spectrum analyzers, are widely used in the telecommunications industry to determine occupied network bandwidth. This type of test equipment is also used extensively in the audio industry. One such use is in room conditioning for high end stereo and home theater installs. A spectrum analyzer can pinpoint frequencies to cut or boost to compensate for room conditions thus leading to a more accurate representation of the source audio material. For many reasons they're an indispensable tool in ensuring the accuracy of network communications and audio systems.

What is the sampling frequency of a typical digital or analog automotive ignition analyzer?
It would have to be dependent on the mechanics of the rotary readout dial for an analog one (a large, heavy rotating pointer needle can't move as fast in reaction to an input as a smaller one can), but depends on the electronics for a digital one.

Formula 1's 2009 Budget Cap and Its Effect on Team Performance and Cost Cutting
The season of 2008 has witnessed astounding growth in Formula 1 auto racing. With the addition of two new circuits including Valencia, Spain and Singapore, we have seen a tight championship being fought by talented young drivers. For those of you not familiar with the format of F1, there are currently ten teams consisting of two drivers each. Each team also contains engineers, designers, test drivers, principles, pit crews, and many other staff members who make it possible to bring the teams together every couple of weeks from March to November.
Now that Lewis Hamilton has snatched the crown from the hands of Felipe Massa, teams and fans are looking towards next season; a whole new batch of regulations and a couple of new faces. One regulation seems to be more and more common is sporting these days, and that is the idea of budget caps.
In order to compete in this sport, there needs to be A LOT of money behind each team. When I say “A LOT,” I mean these ten teams have well over $3 billion in resources at their disposal! The stats also indicate that the more money a team has, the better the team will perform.
However, with a proposed budget cap and the top teams sharing notes, how will the championship look in 2009?
2008 ended with Ferrari retaining the Constructors championship receiving 171 points. McLaren-Mercedes was the runner up (151 points) and BMW Sauber came in third (135 points). These three teams alone account for 65% of the total constructor points distributed. These teams, incidentally, have a massive amount of resources established with a combined 40% of the total of the 10 teams. In 2009, the goal of the budget cap should be to bring more competition to the sport and allow for the lesser financed teams to compete for the championship as well.
Also, let us not forget that the world is in a global economic crisis. A sponsor may spend up to $50 million to put their name on a top ranking Formula 1 car but it may be difficult for some organizations to spare the cash. During volatile times, the first thing organizations cut back on is advertising. Ad revenue represents 80-85% of the teams’ total income and when that is pared down, the teams may struggle to come up with enough resources to maintain current spending.
The budget cap’s economic benefit, of course, is to cut down on costs. This is going to create a greater opportunity for the sport to innovate and come up with cost saving measures while maintaining performance. For example, a major part of a team’s budget is the engine. In 2008, teams were required to use an engine for two race weekends in a row; if they switch out an engine against regulations, they must take a penalty. The regulation is revised in 2009 so that engines must be used for three weekends in a row. BMW Sauber says “this change to the regulations is intended to reduce costs in Formula One. On the other hand, the FIA wants to challenge and promote technical reliability among the teams.”
Teams will be challenged to come up with new technology and even more reliable components for their cars.
An addition already in effect is the standardization of electronic control units which controls the components of the engine. ECUs are manufactured by an FIA approved supplier and can only be used with approved software. Since teams are provided with ECUs and don’t have to develop their own, the expenditure has been greatly reduced. Gearboxes have also been provided in the same fashion, decreasing those team costs as well.
In this time of uncertainty, the FIA as well as the teams would be acting prudently by instituting budget caps and lowering costs to make the sport more competitive. More competition is good for the sport because it could allow for more teams to enter the sport and bring in a larger fan base. I was quite disappointed when the United States Grand Prix was removed from the Formula 1 calendar, but with lower costs, it may be possible for more teams to enter the sport and bring it back to America.

Should I use snap caps in my Semi-Auto shotgun? I know its good to use them for an Over/Under, but is it necessary for a Semi-Auto?
With most modern guns dry firing won't damage your firing pin )assuming you don't sit there and dry fire all day long). Using snap caps won't hurt your gun though. I like them quite a bit because you can practice clearing jams and quickly loading/unloading with them.
So, not necessary, but I think it's a good idea.

Excel 2003 user defined function problem?
In Excel2003, I have a UDF that works if I put it into a module on the workbook but doesn't if it's in an add in within it's own module. The add in is installed and I can use the other functions in it.

Is There A Software Or Tool That Will Generate All The Possible Codes To A Combination?
Actually it is really really easy to write a program to do this, however, you are likely to get a whole lot of combinations.
For a combination lock with numbers 1-30, that's 27000 possible combinations. Any computer should be able to list those in a few seconds or less.
Now, an eight character password with letters A-Z and digits 0-9 will return 2821109907456 combinations. An average computer could take days to generate and save all those combinations and the result would take over 30GB of disk space.
So really why would you want a program like that? MS. Excel can do that for small combinations.
