Amost 15 Millions People Took Dip In A Holy River Ganga
Nearly 1.45 crore (almost 15 millions) sumtimes I just get surprised to read such kind of news...well, Indian pilgrims took a dip in the Ganga today,the day of the last royal bath during the Mahakumbh in Haridwar.
Meanwhile 5 pilgrims including 3 women and a girl, were killed after being hit by a car carrying Naga Sadhus at Birla Ghat bridge area.The accident took place this morning when the procession of Joona Akhara was approaching towards Har-Ki-Pauri and the crowd lined up along the road to witness it and was hit by the car. Nine others were also injured in the incident.
The health office at the Mahakumbh Mela said seven persons had died today.However, it was not clear whether all the seven persons were killed in the accident or died in separate incidents.After the mishap, Sadhus belonging to Joona and Niranjani Akhara did not proceed towards Har-Ki-Pauri, the main bathing ghat. Their procession returned to their camps and they took bath along with their deities at their private ghats only.
Later, sadhus of three more Akharas of Agni, Aahwan and Anand also joined Joona and Niranjani Akharas and did not take bath at Har-Ki-Pauri.However, sadhus belonging to Mahanirvani, Nirmohi Ani, Digambar Ani and Nirwani ani reached Har-Ki-Pauri in the form of a procession and took their dip.
Other ghats in Haridwar and Rishikesh were full with pilgrims, who had gathered here from across the country to take the blessings of Ganga during the Mahakumbh.The mela administration made elaborate security arrangements for the fourth and last royal bath of the Mahakumbh with 25 companies of PAC, 20 companies of RPF, 10 companies each of RAF and ITBP being deployed at the mela area.

Should I wear an athletic cup when I go skydiving?
I'm just getting into skydiving and want to pursue it as far as I can. I'm getting ready for my 3rd tandem and then it's on to assisted jumps. I noticed on my first two tandems that things can get pretty darn snug in the groin area as you are decelerating during canopy deployment. The first time felt a lot worse than the second, perhaps the canopy opened much faster the first time or maybe it's just my perception that differed. Anyways, I was wondering if it's a good idea to wear an athletic cup when going skydiving so that nothing gets damaged by the harness straps that go between the legs.
Totally unnecessary. I've never worn one, or known anyone who does. Nothing gets damaged if the harness fits properly.

Breast Augmentation: How to Use the Rice Bag Test
If you are considering breast augmentation you may be wondering about what breast implant size to choose. One of the most common methods to determine the appropriate implant size for your body is known as “The Rice Bag Test”.
This test provides a rough approximation of how you will look with various size implants. It is fun to try and experiment with various sizes while standing in front of a mirror to see what you could look like after breast augmentation.
Breast implant sizes are available in a range from 125cc to 1200cc, but the most common ranges are between 200cc and 500cc. In general, for each cup size you want add to your bust line use approximately 150cc to 200cc of rice. For example, if you are presently wearing an A cup bra and want to move up to a C cup, you would be going up two sizes. Increasing two sizes would require approximately 300cc to 400cc of rice in a zip lock baggie.
Keep in mind that this test is a very rough approximation. Every woman’s body is different. You should meet with a qualified plastic surgeon in order to get more specific sizing recommendations.
To use the rice bag test you will need: 1) Large zip-lock baggies, 2) A large bag of rice, 3) A set of measuring cups, 4) a bra in the size you want to be able to wear. Many doctors recommend using a sports bra for this test in order to emulate the compression of the implants once placed within your body.
To convert your standard measuring cups into cubic centimeters (cc’s), use the chart below:
1 cup = 236cc
¾ cup = 177cc
2/3 cup = 156cc
½ cup = 118cc
1/3 cup = 78cc
¼ cup = 59cc
1/8 cup = 30cc
Using the chart above, if you wanted to create a 300cc implant sizer, use 1 cup (236cc) plus 1/4 cup (59cc) of rice. The total (295cc) will give you a rough look at what you could look like with a 300cc implant.
The benefits of The Rice Bag Test are that it’s a cheap way to stand in front of a mirror with various implant sizes while trying on some of your favorite clothes. For some women, the test is a bit frustrating since the rice bags are square and bulge out of the bra. The square baggies will show through your clothing so you won’t be able to wear them out in public or for any length of time.
There are breast sizing systems available on the market today which solve this problem. Most of them are still made for standing in front of a mirror since they still ripple or bulge out of your bra.
One unique system has been developed which can help you make a breast implant size decision even while wearing form-fitting clothing. The benefits are that you can discretely wear them in public, trying out various implant sizes over an extended period of time.

Excel 2003 user defined function problem?
In Excel2003, I have a UDF that works if I put it into a module on the workbook but doesn't if it's in an add in within it's own module. The add in is installed and I can use the other functions in it.

my friends are PLAYING MODERN WARFARE 2 on 11-3-09?
I don't know how, but a couple of my friends got the full edition of call of duty modern warfare 2 before 11-10-09. i know it is not the beta because they have played far more than 3 maps and many gametypes like "special ops". (ps- there was a beta for game developers and testers but only 3 maps) does anybody know how they could have possibly gotten the game for the xbox 360? is there a hack?

Practice Jazz Using Space Age Online Tools
It is not unusual for young men and women who are full of God given talent and music enthusiasm to want to dive right in and begin sitting in with musicians who have been around for many years and know how to capture an audience with their playing. To the young “want-to-bees” they just can’t wait for their chance to show what they can do. But for many of these young musicians, their first sit-in with experienced musicians did not yield a happy ending.
One of the problems young musicians have with trying to break into the jazz scene, accord to many seasoned jazz musicians, is they don’t know the tunes. It just stands to reason, “How can young musicians play with seasoned jazz musicians if they don’t know the tunes?” The only way for up and coming musicians to learn and memorize a large number of jazz tunes are through hard work and many hours of practice. Practice, practice, and more practice is the key to becoming an exceptional jazz musician who will eventually be able to play with the best, anywhere at anytime. Getting to that point is not an impossible feat, but it takes a level head and strong determination to achieve. But first, above all you must learn the correct changes for every song you play. This is key!!
In the old days, there was no internet, nor sophisticate music software applications, nor notation software that could bring the music to you in a laid out form. Musicians of old had to spend the time necessary to figure out chord changes, melodic patterns and solo arrangements. Many musicians put an album on the turntable and turned the speed back in order to “cop” the runs and solo changes played by Oscar Peterson and many other great jazz pioneers.
Today it’s a different story. If you want to learn the tunes- which basically mean the jazz Standards- and play them well, there are a number of internet based sites available to get you there. I just bought tune tools 2.0 so i could transfer music from my ipod touch to my itunes.However, tune tools doesn't say i have any ipods connected. It is because i messed around with my ipod and now when i look under my computer, my ipod touch is only registered as a portable device, not a portable devise with removable storage... how do i get my ipod touch back to portable device with removable storage

Just as a solar power system in your home would need deep cycle batteries to store energy for later use so would a wind turbine or windmill. The draw back with the batteries is their expense, finding a way to save on these would be a great benefit to the homeowner. You need them or you will not have any standby electricity for extended cloudy conditions.
You may be paying up to $250 per battery for some batteries, you can get those nice sealed batteries that do not have to be vented outside. Otherwise you can get deep cycle batteries like used in golf carts. These are cheaper but when you need a bank of them the cost adds up.
A better alternative if you are short of cash is to check around at the golf course maintenance facilities, boat yards or anywhere golf carts may be in use. They may have some old batteries laying around that they would be glad to get rid of. There may be nothing wrong with them, they may need to be reconditioned to get them back in shape.
There are a few methods to recondition batteries that you can do at home. One is to replace the fluid in the batteries cells with EDTA which is ethylene diamine tetra acetic. This can be added to the batteries cells that show a weak reading on a electrolyte Hydrometer.
There are other methods that work also depending on the condition of the battery and what type of battery you have. All that is required is some inexpensive tools and a manual to teach you the procedures.

How old do you have to be in order to buy a Home Drug Test Kit?
I'm 17, and I have a drug test in two days for a job. I wanna make sure I'm gonna pass it, so I want to buy a Drug Test Kit. I don't really know anything about them, but I heard they work perfectly. But i'm only 17,so am I able to purchase one? Plus if I am, can I just buy one at a local store?

The issue of electrical safety both in the workplace and in the public domain has been addressed by the British government through the enactment of several pieces of legislation, beginning with the Health and Safety at Work Act of 1974 through the Electricity at Work Act of 1989. The code of regulations that apply to electrical safety of machines, components, appliances, and tools has evolved under the auspices of the Institution of Electrical Engineers and City and Guilds. These guidelines call for the testing of all electrical devices manufactured, sold, imported, or installed in the UK.
The use of the term Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) was originally intended to be applied to the testing of all electrical devices, although the term also can be applied to the testing equipment itself. The In-service Inspection and Testing of Electrical Equipment code more correctly describes the process of running tests on the internal and external wiring of all electrical devices to determine their integrity. The results of the testing must be displayed on the device, which at times will be in the form of a failed PAT testing label when an electrical device does not meet these standards.
PAT testing constitutes a variety of procedures by necessity, due to the wide spectrum of types of electrical instruments, appliances, and tools that are in use either in large manufacturing processes or in smaller private business settings. The unique way in which each device draws and utilizes electricity must be tested to ensure that continued use of the device will present no hazard caused by electrical malfunction. Specific procedures for the testing of each type of device are meant to account for the frequency of its use and the risk it may pose to the environment in which it is used.
A failed PAT testing label will be affixed to an electrical component or tool when it does not comply with the various government guidelines that address electrical safety. There are a variety of types of PAT testing labels due to the spectrum of circuitry designs that are found in machines and instruments. Those devices that are fixed in place may only display a failed PAT testing label on its main power lead if its function is only of storage, as in the case of a refrigeration unit. A failed PAT testing label may be affixed to the chassis of a tool, such as an electric drill used on a production line in a factory.
The accepted color of a failed PAT testing label is red. This color is used due to the general acknowledgement of the connotation of danger associated with a red warning label. The size of a failed PAT testing label will depend on the available space on which to affix a label. These labels are available in plug top versions that affix to the various plug ends of electrical leads. They are also available in wrap-around version with an adhesive backing to be affixed to the lead itself. Stronger materials and laminating options are also available to provide added endurance in those environments in which high usage or traffic may cause wearing of a failed PAT testing label.

i dont think hat you should try that. the amount of pressure available in a diesel will create problems without a regulator.
