i have a sears craftsman lawn mower 5yrs old.last few times mowing my lawn i would make?
a few passes and it sputters and dies out.it starts up runs strong for like 10 minutes or so and then dies out again.any answers out there? thanks in advance!!
changed air filter....is it difficult to change fuel filter?
Check the cheap stuff first.
You might have a clogged vent in your fuel cap. As the engine runs fuel flows from the tank to the carburetor. If the tank is not properly vented you will eventually wind up a partial vacuum in the tank which will stop fuel flow. Easiest way to check this is to unscrew the cap when the engine dies and see if you can start it up.
If that fails, possible candidates are a restricted fuel line and a faulty ignition coil as mentioned by previous posters.

Has anyone tried those new box end ratcheting box end wrenches ?
yep they're great but pricey. the cheaper ones in a set for twenty bucks work good too but are wider and don't fit into as many small spaces.

How do I change the gear shifter on my bike?
I bought a Shimono clicker style gear shifter and I want to replace the rolling style. I have a multi Allen wrench, wire cutters, and a normal wrench and the necessary parts.
Well, the easiest way is if the new shifter already came with the wire part of the cable attached. . .
Clip or pull off the little aluminum cover on the derailleur end of the wire.
Loosen the bolt that holds the wire to the derailleur.
Well, at this point, you're home free, because the wire will now come out of the cable jacket.
But, if your new shifter didn't come with the wire attached, see Shimano.com and there'll be plenty of directions in PDF form on how to get your shifter cable into your new shifter.
Grips are removed with a spray bottle of water.
Run a flat blade screwdriver up under the grip pretty darn far and then fill up the space with water. Pop the screwdriver out and then work the grip off.
Grips are replaced by painting the inside and the handlebar end with really cheap hair spray (no conditioner!!) such as Final Net "The Most" or 84 cent hair spray from the dollar store. Spray into grip, spray onto bar. Sling extra out of grip, and pop it on. The alcohol content will dry up at some point and the old grip will stick right on there like magic.
You need Metric Allen wrenches because U.S. Standard will destroy bike bolts. You also need an ice-pick if you will be installing new cable jacket. After a new cable jacket is cut, it is too flat, so make the inside of the end that is now flat, round again with the icepick.
Lastly, tug the cable into place and re-install into the derailleur just the same way the old one came out. Don't forget the pretty aluminum cap over the end of the cable.
Oh, and I almost forgot. Yeah. Before you clamp down the cable for the rear derailleur, put the adjustment collar all the way in, otherwise it won't have enough room to make up for cable slack.
For the front derailleur, lift it to the middle chainring and then jam a stick, tinker toy, or bit of wooden dowel into the paralell-o-gram to keep it from springing back to the "grandma" gear--so that when you install the cable, and then remove the stick, the cable is tighter and it is almost already in the right place, and adjustment for cable slack is easier.

Every time my girlfriend and I "spoon" I get a hard on?
I like girls with BIG butts (and I can not lie) and my girlfriend just so happens to have one. Every time we "spoon" or "cuddle" or whatever you want to call it. I get a hard on. I think its because she puts her butt right up to my crutch and I just get excited. Where can a get a GREAT deal on silk fabric?
I need 40 yards for curtains, so I need a really good deal in order to be able to afford it. Where can I get a good deal on it. I have found it on ebay for $12/yd, but that is still too expensive for my budget. Any suggestions?
Why do you want silk for curtains? It's not resistant to UV light, difficult to clean cheaply, will require lining, and isn't abrasion resistant. Darker colors often crock or bleed dye. And most types will waterspot.
Why not use one of the "silk look" synthetics instead? Prices are generally better, and the curtains will be much more durable.

How do I make my cheap drum set sound better and louder without spending money? URGENT!?
I know that Star-caster by Fender drums were not good. But my dad decided to be cheap and buy me that set when i was beginning. The cymbals broke and my heads dented. I never took lessons so i don't know how to tune drums, but i tried tuning them and still they were GAY. I want to know if there's ANY POSSIBLE WAY to make my drums sound better, WITHOUT spending money.

First of all, the toms are quiet, cannot be heard over the snare, and they sound like your slapping plastic when their tuned. The bass, it sounds like slapping plastic also and its tuned. The snare is okay. What really bothers me is the bass and toms. Their a pain in the rear end, A LOT. Plus, I have studio rings. What can i do to make my toms and bass louder and sound better without spending money?
Well, if you have Kent Drums or any other vintage drums. There is little you can do for no money to improve the sound. Everything in time wears down, and when used, drums get damaged easily.
To improve the sound of your drum set, you can do either of these two things. Buy new drums, or replace the skins on it. You can take your drums to any music store in your area and they will, (if they can) replace your skins on your drum set for a small fee.
