I am using a D-link 615 wireless router..till now i still can't figure out if there is anyways to limit the speed for certain users connecting to my wireless router.Those users are my family members whom like to Download big files and slows down on my side.Do advise.Thanks...
You are asking about allocating bandwidth and / or granting priority queueing for some users at the expense of others. This is an absolutely rigid requirement for Voice over IP Quality of Service (QoS) but it is not limited to VoIP use.
It can be done. It requires a router that can provide QoS and managed switches that can handle QoS. D Link makes no such devices.
You will need to look at Adtran or Cisco or some 3Com hardware for this ability. These devices are not plug and play and must be configured to meet your specific application need. If you are very good at configuring a router from scratch without any help from many router built in simple configurators (they will defeat your purpose as these configurators are for simple applications) and you go about it in an analytical way, you can be successful in their configuration.
Expect to pay well over $400 for any router and well over $300 for any smaller managed switch that will meet your need.

I believe that in order for one person to be in control of himself, he has to..
1. Concentrate.
2. Know his priorities.
3. Have self-discipline/ Self control.
4. Be optimistic. Having positive thoughts will always help you get through everything. You will be what you believe you are, always remember that.
5. If you want to terminate those useless thoughts in you, you have to divert your attention to other useful things and once it strikes back on you, just go on diverting, ok?

Where can I find step by step instructions for dis-assembling a sony vaio vgn-a290 laptop ?
Everything is in the question. I need to repair my Sony Laptop. The Sony service center asks for $600 to repair it. I cant afford that much.
I have searched through the sony website. I cant find anything. It is not there. I am looking for some pictures of the disassembly process.
Try looking on sony's website for a pdf hardware manual. i did the same thing you are doing with my thinkpad, IBM had a manual with dissasembly instructions, screw sizes, etc....

I have a 07 Jeep Laredo and the driver side tail and running lights have stopped working but blinker and brake still work. Have replaced the bulbs, fuses and socket, any ideas to what else it might be?
Check for any wiring damage where a trailer hitch may have been. People can really hack up the wiring when installing a trailer connector.

Burned fedora's iso image to usb but got error and it didnt work?
I have windows xp as my operating system. From the internet i downloaded the live image of Fedora-12. By unetbootin, i burned the iso image of Fedora-12 to my usb.
Now when i booted the computer,it did boot the usb but everytime while Fedora is loading, in da end i receive one same error saying " tried to remove a fb that we didn't open "

Im having trouble with my internet connection on my 250GB PS3 slim so i ran the diagnostic to see if my NAT type had changed to type 1 or 3 since type 2 is the open setting and what it was at the last time i ran it but the thing is it's still at NAT type 2 but when I run a game for example Modern Warfare 2 or the recent Black Ops it says it's set to moderate and in Bad Company 2 I get dropped completely from the servers in which case none of this had ever happened until recently so if anyone has any idea on how to remedy the situation (and by "idea" i mean something that can actually benefit me or anyone else who may read this that's having the same issue) please feel free to drop a reply

Nothing wrong with your internet, unless you do an internet connection test and you have a very low Up/Download Speed result.
As of today my results are...
Download 8.0 Mbps and Upload of 617.3 Kbps.

My NAT is Type2, always will be, as a NAT Type1 is the best connection you can have, which requires a DIRECT connection to the internet, without a router or modem, which not many people can do.
The thing i notice is the two games you mention, are both games that have notoriously dodgy servers, resulting in a poor online experience.
I've never played BC2 but i play COD, the forums for these games are riddled with people complaining about connection issues.
Until recently, my Black Ops connection sucked, but i changed my Internet to a different company and it's fine and dandy, NAT on COD set to Open, with very little connection issues.
Some things you can try to help your problem are...
Look into how to assign a STATIC IP address for your Ps3 with your router, also how to place your Ps3 into the routers DMZ if possible and finally, make sure a feature of your router called UPnP is enabled or available.
If none of this works, i'm sorry but there ain't anything else you can do.
