Outboard motor questions?
Ok i have a 1995 3cyl 2 stroke mercury. My problem is that when i run the motor between 3000 rpm and 4250 rpm, the rpm's will drop to 3K then back to orignal rpm. It will keep going in and out like this every 30 seconds or so, it idles just fine. If I go any higher between 4300 to wide open, it runs steady. Ive replaced the inline fuel filter and the fuel water separator, installed new plugs. Does anyone think that this sounds like a clogged jet, fuel pump problem, or ignition. Im leaning more towards a clogged jet or its sucking air into the fuel lines somewhere. What do you guys think
It could be an air leak in the fuel line, or maybe a clogged vent for the fuel tank. I would think the fuel pump might be a concern. Try pumping the fuel bulb while running in the problem rpm and see if that clears it up. Also check the bulb and make sure it is not collapsing on you. The bulb has a check valve in it that also can go bad which can cause problems.

Water Filters Versus Bottled Water
Water filters are used to purify water from sediment and toxic elements. Filtration is an exercise that has been applauded and recommended by the United States Federal Regulations. The trustworthiness of bottled water has been at the centre of controversy. The regulatory viewpoint has been to avail a standardized product that is pure and free from lead and chlorine.
The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has established recommended standards that ensure water free from microbial and chemical contamination. The safest recommended production practices maintain that water is sampled and sanitized. It is thus advisable to choose the best methods of water treatment that assure the consumers of safety and good health. On health issues, one cannot gamble. There have been occasions when bottled water was inspected and found to contain mold, benzene and even algae.
Water filters are more economical on a per gallon billing than bottled water. The annual average cost of buying bottled water is relatively more expensive compared to the cost of acquiring and maintaining water filters. This is because most water filters only require changing every one to two months for the average family. Picking on filtering ones own water is a step towards a healthy body and long life. why cant i get a filter to work with my broadband phone line?
I have an extension lead coming out of my phone socket on a double adapter, so the broad band and phone line can come out of the same socket. Then the long extension lead goes to a diff room and goes into my router. I have put a filter into the adaptor, and into the main socket and have the adapter into that, but neither work. My net cuts off everytime i get a phone call, as i cant get the net to work when i put the filter in. yeah i have tried 3 diff filters. why wont it work? is it cos of the long extension lead? or the double adapter?
im not sure i understand. the phone is at socket, away from comp. so i have the double adapter coming out of the main socket, with one line for phone and one line going to a diff room as a long extension, to then plug into a socket which goes into the router. when i put a filter in the main socket, the net wont work 
If what you're referring to is a splitter (where the male end plugs into the wall jack and splits off into 2 female sockets), you can't use these for DSL connections. You can get filters with 2 jacks, one is for a phone and one for the DSL line, but it sounds like you don't have one of these. You can also get a replacement wall plate that outputs a filtered signal as well. This is what I use and is likely what you need:

A car engine depends on the oil that is used to pump it up. The oil may be a critical component to the engine, so one must always ensure that it is clean. Otherwise, the oil that runs through the engine, and in all its other outlets, will be polluted. The pollution may enter other parts as well, which may cause them to clog. A car engine's performance should not be halted like this. It should not happen if the owner will take the necessary precautions to get an oil filter. The Saturn Oil Filter’s main function is to filter out particles that enter the oil so that they do not act as abrasives when the oil re-circulates. The Saturn Oil Filter is a cellulose or synthetic media that is usually contained in a steel can. The front typically has a threaded center with surrounding holes. The oil enters through these holes, passes through the media, and then exits through the threaded center. The Saturn Oil Filter works by protecting the engine by blocking large particles that might damage the engine if left unchecked and allowed to circulate freely. How can I remove a seized oil filter that was torn by the oil filter wrench?

How You Too Can Create Your Very Own Ceramic Water Filter
One of the more unique and highly effective water purifier methods on the market right now is ceramic water filtration. The filer was ultimately invented solely as a result of a world vision project. After some research and trial and error, the problem of the clay being too fine for water filters was solved and the ceramic water filter was ready.
