If a 30000 or 35000 RPM motor is Used in an Electric Chain hoist Instead of Low RPM motor for lifting 8 ton?

Infact by using chain hoist i want to turn heavy wheels of a machienry. If the machinery needs 3000 RPM turning, Then such an electric motor be used which has high RPM of 35000 or 30000. And the electric motor must be heavy duty for working almost 24/7. So what i need to do in this situation. I need some calculating software or excel sheet filled with formulas for my ease. thanx
well, one of 3 things would happen.
1. you'd spend lots of money getting the gearing ratio right, or
2. the gearing would be so high that the motor wouldn't have enough torque to move the hoist, or
3. whatever you're lifting would make it up past the level of the roof, still maintaining a fair bit of speed -- and you'd be looking for something really safe to hide under.

What happens to all the old kits when a team releases a new one?
I often wondered, when Manchester Utd for example, release a new home or away jersey (which happens quite often to be fair!!) what is done with all the old training, players and management kits, tracksuits t-shirts etc? Is it all given away, or put into storage or something?

If as you say the shirts are just thrown away at the end of the season, it does seem a dreadful waste, doesn't it??

maybe i'm thinking a little too in depth. with whether or not it would be considered pornography.
i'm just curious, i wouldn't want the professional photographer to get in trouble.
Let me preface my answer with a caveat; the correct answer depends on local custom and mores as well as the climate of the times. Sensual images? Certainly. Sexy images? Depends, Sexual images? Probably not. More than anything it depends on "intent". I certainly would not take on such a project without discussion with both the model and the legal guardian and a release. Swimsuit images or appropriate lingerie would be a possibility (think Sears catalog shots). Nudity or non-age appropriate lingerie would be a definite no.
A classic example would be the work of David Hamilton, shot sensual images of younger women in classic sensual and semi-clothed poses. At the time his books were published in the 70's, his work was highly regarded, it's now considered obscene in many US jurisdictions. It was all shot in Europe, with chaperons and consent forms from guardians, local mores were not the issue.
A more recent example? The scandal over the Miley Cyrus photos by Annie Liebowitz for Vanity Fair; I still suspect the whole "scandal" was manufactured to give the aging teen's career a booster shot. The images were very tastefully done but not appropriate for a 15-16 year old.
