Foot Pump
Foot Pump

Choosing The Right Breast Pump
In a normal newborn feeding situation, the more your baby consumes the more milk your breasts will make. If your baby is having problems breast feeding or you have sore or cracked nipples, you may stop breast feeding for a short period of time to bottle feed your baby. However if you start to bottle feed more than you breast feed, you run the risk of having your milk supply dry up.
If you are having problems with breast feeding, the best way to keep milk production up while taking a break from breast feeding is by pumping. Pumping is the next best thing to having a baby keeping your supply of milk up. Pumping is also how moms who return to work, keep their milk supply going. There are several types of breast pumps that you should be aware of as not all breast pumps are created equal.
Your basic types of breast pumps are usually electric in nature, but there are battery powered ones for those times when an outlet is not available. There are also hand pumps for those who either cannot afford an electric or battery powered breast pump, or for those who need a quick simple pump for situations that warrant a non-electrical pump.
Hand pumps are basically just that, a pump that you use with the strength of your hand and are not electrical at all in nature. There are pumps that are made to use your foot to power them, but typically the hand pump is used. Generally much smaller in comparison to other pumps and is great for situations where carrying space is critical. One problem with hand pumps is that if you have problems with carpal tunnel syndrome or any other motor skill or tendonitis, you may want to get a foot powered pump or an electric one.
Battery powered breast pumps are great for traveling or for the office if there is no electrical outlet available on a consistent basis. Best for moms whose breast milk supply is already established and no extra pumping is needed to increased supply, but only to keep supply going. If you intend on traveling or going to an appointment where your time is taken up, you may want a battery operated pump in case you need to pump while you are out, and are recommended as emergency or occasional use only.
Electric breast pumps come in two grades: Hospital Grade Breast pump and Personal Grade Breast Pump. The personal grade breast pumps are usually the one people buy for home and office use, as they are more affordable than a hospital grade breast pump. They are designed for use by one person and one person only, unless they are sold after breast feeding is over. At this point they should be sterilized before usage.
Hospital grade breast pumps are much stronger than a personal grade breast pump, and are recommended for moms who are either having trouble getting their milk supply to come in, or are having trouble getting their milk supply to increase for the baby's consumption. Hospital grade pumps are usually also rented as opposed to being bought.
Hospital grade pumps are much more expensive than a personal grade pump, and can be rented from most hospitals or lactation specialists. They are also designed to be used by more than one person as the design allows for the pumps to not even touch the milk. Therefore sterilization is not so critical as with personal pumps.
These pumps are also designed to be able to pump both breasts at one time. These pumps will be used for moms to help initiate milk flow, or to help increase production for the growing baby. These pumps are also bigger in size and bulk and usually set up and left in one place for the convenience of the mom at home. These pumps are usually over $1,000 unless you buy a used one. Personal grade pumps are usually less than $500, and are more affordable than the more powerful hospital grade pump.

Freshwater fish for two foot tank. Easy maintenance. Preferably no pump?
I have a 2 foot tank with one air pump. What fish can I put in there that are freshwater/cold water fish with minimum maintenance.
Thank you.
2 feet sounds like a 20 or 30 gallon, but heck, I could be way off.
Find out how many gallons it is and get the necessary corresponding equipment.
If you choose goldfish or minnows, only a filter is required. However, the general ide is to go for 20 gallons of water for each goldie, and ten for every additional goldie. Goldfish are very messy fish, they produce a ridiculous amount of wast compared to their size, so water maintenance is a must.
Minnow are a bit easier, hunt for white cloud mountain minnow, especially the long fin variety, Absolutely gorgeous! They need a school though.
If you want anything but the two above you must have a heater to go along with the filter. Tropical fish need to maintain a constant and steady temp of about 76 degrees.
What you can or should have in there really depends on how many gallons your tank is and the equipment you get.
Best of Luck!

Stability Ball Exercises to Strengthen your Abdominals
There are some stability ball exercises that are designed to take care of your core, or abdominal muscles.
1. Begin your abdominals-strengthening stability ball exercises by placing the ball beneath your lower torso and hips, and while keeping your knees slightly bent or fully straight. Put your hands behind your head or your back, then slowly roll down the ball as you would on a slide. Make sure that your body is straight as you do this, and that you pull in the muscles of your abdominals as you slide down the ball.
2. It can be difficult to balance on a stability ball, so increase your endurance and sense of balance by placing the ball under your abdominals and hips. Place your hands on the floor, keep your legs straightened, then lift your feet off the floor. Keep your body upon the ball, and straight, for about twenty to thirty counts. You will find that your body is most stable if you pull your abdominal muscles in.
3. Continue this part of the stability ball exercises by raising one of your arms out to your side. Make sure that you do not roll off the ball or place your feet back on the floor. Do this for the other arm. This exercise is designed to firm your arms and legs, as well as to contract and stretch your hard-to-reach abdominal muscles. It is in fact difficult to carry out, so do it slowly, and stop it if you begin to feel sharp pain in your arm muscles.
4. Continue this set of stability ball exercises by placing the ball in front of you, then laying your hands upon it, so that your arms are parallel to each other. Imagine that a string is being threaded through your belly button, and someone is pulling it backward into your spinal column. This will force you to tighten your abdominal muscles. As you tighten these muscles, roll forward slowly and roll the ball along with you. Roll the ball as far away from you as possible without bending your back or straining your back muscles.
5. To return to your original position, pull your elbows toward the surface of the ball, then squeeze your abdominal muscles inward. If you have back problems, you can substitute this exercise for a simple abdominal contraction. Lie down on your back, then place your knees, shins, and feet on the ball. Put your hands behind your head, then contract your abdominal muscles. Do not bend your back, and breathe steadily.
Stability ball exercises are ineffective without the proper diet, or without exercises accessories, such as dumbbells, resistance cords, or an exercise mat.
If you are interested in carrying out stability ball exercises, seek the advice of your nutritionist, or a local gym instructor. If wrongly carried out, stability ball exercises can be dangerous and can lead to injuries.

How do you do that move when you hook your arm around you back with the ball, like Ricky Rubio?
i suck at basketball, but ive always wanted to learn how to do this move. i can dribble the ball pretty well, but i just cant seem to hook my right arm around my back. whenever i see people do this on the court, it makes me determined to learn how to do it. my right arm just cant seem to go around. if u can, give me an idea on how my arm should move or the ball. thx, please dont criticize.

Maximum Support From Wheel Bearings
Your Honda needs more than a powerful engine for impressive performance on the road. Your Honda’s wheels, for example, play a big role in ensuring your car’s efficiency. Though a typical Honda sedan weighs around 3000 lbs., your Honda’s wheels never fail to move your vehicle effortlessly on any terrain. Understandably, your vehicle’s wheels can’t achieve this feat on their own. For you to enjoy steady driving in your Honda, your vehicle’s wheels need the help of Honda Wheel Bearings.
To help your Honda’s wheels rotate smoothly, Honda Wheel Bearings are placed within the wheel hubs. The Honda Wheel Bearing assembly is composed of balls and the smooth inner and outer surfaces these balls roll against. When these balls slide against the metal surfaces, your vehicle’s wheels are allowed to turn with minimal friction. The wheel bearings also provide additional support for your vehicle’s weight. Each ball contained in your Honda Wheel Bearing is made from carbonized steel, heat-treated for maximum hardness. This ensures that your Honda Wheel Bearings withstand your Honda’s heavy loads. However, even the toughest wheel bearings succumb to deterioration after a long period of use. Wheel bearing trouble is signaled by noise coming from your vehicle’s wheel area. Besides noise, steering wander can also be a symptom of faulty Honda Wheel Bearings.
Maintenance for your Honda Wheel Bearing includes having it cleaned or re-greased, if your Honda’s wheel hubs have been submerged through water. But if your Honda Wheel Bearings are damaged beyond repair, they have to be replaced immediately. Neglecting wheel bearing replacement might cause your Honda’s wheels to come off during drives. And when your Honda’s wheels suddenly pop off on the road, you also put other motorists’ safety on the line. To prevent this from happening, replace your faulty wheel bearings with new Honda Wheel Bearings. Browsing our extensive catalog of wheel bearings is the first step towards smoother drives in your Honda.

Slide bearing plate materials, oil impregnated bronze?
I would like to know good bearing materials for two plates sliding back and forth of each other? These is a high water, and moisture content area. I was hoping the materials selected would be self lubricated, maybe oil impregnated bronze?
Thanks
