Optimized Portable TDR Cable Fault Locator from GAO
Toronto, Canada - GAO Instruments (www.GAOInstruments.com) announced its portable and easy-to-use time domain reflectometer (TDR) Cable Fault Locator (GAODS6110), which is used to locate RF cable faults such as short circuits, open circuits or high resistance joints or splices. The TDR test instrument determines cable faults by transmitting an electrical energy pulse that propagates with specified speed depending on the cable type. Upon analysis the fault locator automatically displays the fault type and distance to the faults.
The TDR cable fault locator has a maximum test range of 1200 meters and can be used to calibrate cable type following a few simple steps as indicated on the device's screen.

what could be some of the programming UGHH.com could have if they made a cable tv channel?
i think it would be nice to see the DMC battles broadcasted on tv.
We would see some underground music videos like the ones shown on MTVU. We would see live performances. We would see a show sort of like BET's Rap City. There might be some biographical shows. We could see some freestyle battles. I'd love to see the DMC on it.

can power chain on bottom teeth fall off?
Hi, Im pretty sure what i am talking about is a power chain. Looks like plastic band in a chain pattern across my top front teeth.
I got home from work last night and noticed that my bottom braces looked different. I can remember if if im supposed to have a powerchain on them or not or if im just losing my mind! I couldnt get through to my dentist to ask her about it, and id rather not because i should no if i have one or not I will sound like an idiot. I just honestly cant remember if i had one on the bottom!
So can u help me figure it out? my braces come off in a week. i thought i would notice it falling off but i ate something meaty last night and spat a chewyfatty bit into a napkin so it could have happened. but i cant remember if it was ever there in the first place! do they usually put power chains on bottom teeth? would a photo help?
im going in to where my dentists office is after tomorrow. Is it safe to leave it or will i screw up my teeth? should i call her?

We have a 34 3-window kit car we are putting together. How do we get a title for it?
We are told that if you try to title it through DMV a lot of stuff will have to be done to bring it up to 2006 standards. We were told you can purchase 1934 car titles to get around this. It's a kit car and most of the websites I've looked at won't do them. I know it's been done, but not sure how?
This is a Street Beast Kit car; they use mustang frames. By the way - advise- don't purchase a kit car from this company ever!!! Bad experience dealing with them.
It depends on the state you want to register it in. Call your local DMV office. Your real problem might be getting it insured, most insurance companies shy away from insuring custom made vehicles, like custom choppers, and kit cars since safety standards are an issue. You might be better off buying a salvage/junk 34 and registering that on it.

How to Pick a Lock
When you don't have the right key, lock picking is a great way to open just about any lock out there. Normally, picking locks is something we associate with crime and illegal activities, although crime isn't always the case. There are a lot of instances where locking picking skills can come in real handy. Take for instance a lost house key or locking your car keys inside your car. Even though you could always break a window, calling a professional locksmith is the best to go - it can save you a lot of money in repairs, and get the lock open fast.
To properly pick a lock, you'll need the right tool kit. Even the most basic lock picking kit will contain a lock pin and a tension wrench. If you have an emergency, you can normally replace the lock pin with a hair pin. Professional locking picking kits on the other hand will normally include a variety of tension wrenches in several different shapes and sizes, covering several different styles of lock pins. Some include a locking picking gun, which uses vibration to push all the lock pins up at the same time.
When picking a lock is necessary, the first thing to do is to insert the tension wrench into the keyhole and attempt to turn the cylinder. Next, you can use the lock pin and gently pry up on the pins. Once the pins reach the normal opening position, you'll hear a clicking noise, letting you know that the pins are in the right place - and the lock is open.
There is also another technique to lock picking, which is known as racking. Racking uses a lower precision level, and uses a special pick known as a rake. To use the rake, simply insert it into the keyhole until it reaches the back of the cylinder, then quickly pull it out so that it hits all of the pins when it comes out. A tension wrench is also used as well, to turn the cylinder.
The hardest lock out there to pick are master locks. They offer an excellent protection system, and aren't as susceptible to picking as other types of locks. Master locks were invented by Henry Soref in 1921, introducing the first lock to use laminated layers of solid steel. Although master locks use the same picking system as other types of locks, those that are in combined format will require a locksmith with a lot of patience - and skill.
To learn more about lock picking, there are several books and illustrations that you can buy, which will show you the techniques step by step. Often times, a video or Cd is included that will show you the techniques in action. Several books and videos were made by true locksmiths, although others are more directed for people who just want to learn a bit more on the subject. If you want to become a locksmith or a professional at lock picking, you can also find books and videos out there that will help you become proficient at picking locks.
Anytime you buy a lock, you should always keep in mind that just about any lock can be picked. Although most locks can be picked, there are some that take a bit more time and patience than others. When you buy a lock, you should always think in terms of safety and select one that you know it isn't to penetrate. This way, you can have a sense of security in your lock - and know that you are safe and protected.

Where can a purchase a rivet nut tool?
I'm installing a roof rack and this special tool is required to insert the rivet nuts into the roof of my mini van. I have looked everywhere and I can seem to find the right tool for the job. The best description I can give is that it looks like a bolt with two heads. Two wrenches are required in the use of this tool.
What you are looking for a tool that installs "nut-serts". It looks like a pop rivet tool (handle that you squeeze).

The history of the Liverpool football kit
After the club came into existence in 1892 wearing a blue and white halved shirt. The kit was made to make some distinction between themselves and Everton who were playing in various strips including Salmon Pink or Ruby Red. Just inside the 1900s the two clubs switched to their more commonly known kits. Everton returned to their original colours of blue and white whilst Liverpool switched to a red kit.
In the early 1900s the reds turned out in all red shirts with long white shorts and red socks. There were a couple of variations in the early years towards more white featuring in the top but this never lasted for any length of time.
After the first World War the reds were seen in red tops with white shorts and black socks. Though just before the war they changed their kit whereby a red stripe was put on the shorts and the socks were rimmed in red and white. Just before Bill Shankly’s days at Anfield the socks were more white but the top remained red and the stripe on the shorts remained.
It was during Bill Shankly’s days though that the kit of today was born. He decided that the players would look even bigger and more importantly more intimidating to the opposition if the players changed their shorts to all red ones. At this point he threw a pair of all red shorts at the Collosus - Ron Yeats and told him to put them on. As soon as he put them on he said straight away how he looked eight feet tall and players would be scared of him. At this point Ian St John suggested that he go all the way and give him red socks as well. The comment was met with open arms by the great man and the all red kit was born.
In 1965 the reds played the FA Cup Final in their all red kit and for the first time in their history picked up the FA Cup. They then embarked on their show of steel for years to come and became hugely successful with it. In the 1970s Umbro designed an excellent kit off all red with a little white v-neck collar and small white cuffs. A golden liver bird with the initials LFC were placed over the heart. It's this strip that the reds won their first European cup in Rome 1977. The away kits of the time where the reverse scenario of white shirts and red v-neck collar. For the occasions of playing teams like Sunderland the team would play in all yellow.
It was this home shirt which saw the very first sponsorship deal placed on it when Hitachi started sponsoring the team in 1977. The kit didn't really start changing until the early 80's though when the first of the now regular changes happened. A white pinstripe was introduced by Umbro ready for the last of the European cup wins in Rome 1984. By this time the sponsorship had changed over to Crown Paints and had become more commonplace from the original days of only been worn if the teams were not being featured on TV. In the same period of time the away kit had become all yellow as occasionally worn earlier in the 1970s. The alterations had to come against Watford when the team combined three kits together with a red top, black shorts and yellow socks.
At the start of the 1985-86 season the club changed their kit manufacturer to Adidas whilst retaining the Crown Paints sponsorship. The kit was changed back to more red in the kit at this point and remained for a couple of years. In 1985-86 the reds wore all white when traveling away from home. By 1988 the kit was altered to a round necked collar. The away kit for this season became all silver with red trim and despite the recent whinges from Man United the team found each other very easily. This kit was changed a year later with the change of sponsor from Crown Paints to Candy. The sponsorship of Candy didn't last too many years and was altered to Carlsberg. However before the kit changed sponsor Adidas made what is often known as the bird droppings kit when they introduces flashes of white all over the top. They introduced a variation of the silver kit as well when they introduced one which was silver and white mini diamonds. Around the time of the clubs centenary Adidas made the kit all red again but introduced three flashes across the right shoulder. This remained past the centenary year and into the Carlsberg sponsorship. The year before the centenary the away kit also became green for the first time and in a similar way to the home kit it was all green with three white adidas flashes on the shoulder and shorts.
After the centenary year of 1992 the kit was changed again whereby the three stripes on one shoulder were moved to three stripes on either side of the shirt going diagonally upwards from the hips. The away kit of this time was white body with green sleeves and black flashes from each hip with black shorts. The final kit of the Adidas deal came when they tried to move back to kits of the past with a deep red kit and thick white collar with plan red shorts and socks. The away kit of the time was to become green and white quarters with a granddad type collar and green shorts. It was one of Adidas' better away kits of the time. During this time the reds also had a third kit for odd games off gold with black badges through it all and looked awful.
Reebok then took over the kit manufacturing for the club until they merged with Adidas and the club returned to wearing Adidas kits. They started with an all red top and a white fold over collar before reverting to an older tradition top of all read with a rounded white collar like the 60s although much lighter in colour. Reebok also introduced a whole number of away kits since they took over and sadly introduced more and more blue into the away kits. The first away kit was Ecru in colour with black shorts but only lasted a year as first away kit when it was replaced with an all yellow kit and a tiny bit of blue. It was then replaced one year later with a white top and a red stripe down the sleeve but sadly navy shorts. This was in turn replaced a year on with a green kit and blue shorts. The top had a diagonal blue and white stripe.
Reebok continued to change the away kit year on year but then used the previous season's away kit as a third shirt for a year. This brought the idea that a kit would last two seasons.
In the summer of 2006 the Reds reverted back to Adidas for kit manufacture and by this time they were in full swing for three kits. The third kit was now classed as a European kit which changed once a year and the away shirt followed suit too.

Top 7 Tips to Treat and Prevent Dry Hair

But of course, you don’t want to add a lot of heart-hurting, fat-producing oils to your diet just to improve your hair. Supplement a low-fat diet with some heart-healthy olive oil per day. Try incorporating the oil into a salad dressing, or drizzle it over bread.
2. Avoid Excessive Blow-drying
Folks with dry hair should avoid excessive bow-drying. When your hair is wet, just let it dry naturally. That’s better for the overall health of your hair. If you must use a blow-dryer, use a spray-in conditioner while drying your hair to protect it from excess damage.
3. Condition Your Hair
After each washing of your hair, it is recommended to apply a conditioner specifically designed for dry hair. Conditioners replace or lock in the natural oils that often get stripped out. Conditioning your hair after each washing should help you to lubricate your once-dry hair.
4. Try Mild Shampoo
When you do wash your hair, use a gentle shampoo such as a baby shampoo. Using a mild shampoo is a good idea because it won’t strip away too many of your hair’s protective oils.
5. Oil It Up
For both dry hair and a dry scalp, good old-fashioned castor oil provides an effective solution. If you have a dry scalp, warm up some castor oil by putting a small amount into a pot and heating it on a very low setting until it is warm to the touch. Then massage it into your scalp. If the ends of your hair are dry, but not your scalp, it is recommended to apply the heated oil only to the ends of your hair. Leave it on for 10 to 15 minutes and then wash your hair with a shampoo.
6. Rinse Immediately
After swimming in the ocean or a pool, rinse your hair immediately to get rid of the salt or chlorine. People of all ages who swim often should be sure to wash the chlorine or salt out of their hair as soon as possible, because it can do some damage to your hair over time.
7. Wash Every Other Day
If you have problem with dry hair, your hair needs a day off between washings. Constant hair washing with a harsh shampoo strips the natural oils. By washing every other day, you are still getting your hair clean enough, and the alternating schedule helps save your hair from drying out.
