What Is Paintless Dent Repair?
The auto repair and restoration business has blossomed and grown to be a multi billion dollar business in recent years especially in auto body repair. The average cost is around $50 per ding or dent and a discount is usually given for multiple dings and dents. Obviously a used car dealership with a lot of inventory will have lower volume prices around $30 per dent. Paintless dent removal, like headlight restoration, is a high profit margin business that any automotive business can use to add to their bottom line. Many businesses do actually pay their entire lease or rent from these add-on businesses alone.
As lives become more hectic and frantic it is still a good idea to always park far away to avoid the typical shopping lot door dings and dents. But, as we all know they will happen regardless due to a errant shopping cart, reckless kids, etc… There is no way out of it. Dents and dings could even come as hail damage from a bad thunderstorm, a ding from the neighborhood kids soccer ball, etc. It will happen, but you do not have to pay through the nose to have them fixed and keep your car or truck in pristine condition. Paintless dent removal, just like headlight restoration is for headlights, is the best solution for small everyday dings and dents.

both...usually if you buy a big socket kit both will come in it...It depends what your working on..On my motorcycle there is metric and SAE but on my quad every single nut and bolt I've ever tightened or taken off is metric...get both just to be safe...

What is the basis of this science? It is rooted in the belief that the body is its own best healer. What the chiropractor does is to bring about an alignment between the body and its structure because when this is askew, like the spine going out of synch with the rest of the body, it results in bad health and maybe even pain. At the end of the 19th century, a man named Daniel Palmer set up a practice in Iowa. He was self-taught and he believed that the body could heal itself with a bit of help from external sources. According to him, it was the misalignment of the spine that blocked the perfect flow of energy or 'nerve flow'. Once this was corrected, everything literally flowed smoothly and all was well with the body. Every organ has to have the benefit of the nerve or energy flow for it to work perfectly. Adjustments in the vertebra helped to make the flow better and smoother.
Is chiropractic in vogue today? What are people using it for? How many go? Towards the end of the last century, there were over 190 million people all over America who went in just one year. Nearly half of them went to get their back or stiff neck problems treated. More recently, a survey showed that many people went to a chiropractor for their back or low-back problems. Many of them suffered from chronic back pain. People also went for sports injuries, strains and headaches. Whatever the ailment, the very fact that so many go seems to indicate that chiropractic must be easing their pain. And if an alternative system of treatment can offer to relieve pain, especially chronic pain without having to resort to medication, why not?

Walmart torque wrench any good?
I saw a torque wrench at Walmart the other day for $25 dollars. Question is are these wrenches close to accurate at all? I wouldn't mind if it's off by a little bit. I mainly want to use it to torque down my head bolts and occasionally to toque down the lug nuts on my wheels. May be some other things that I know the stock torque specifications of. Does anyone have any first hand experience with these "cheap" Walmart torque wrenches?
And don't even say "oh you should get a Snap-On there better" because I'm not going to spend $300 bucks on something I'm probably not going to use much.
If it's slightly off and stays just slightly but I would not trust is longevity I would do a little shopping around maybe home depot

The first 'Foo Fighters' album was a collection of Dave Grohl's solo recordings and was their official debut. This American band was formed by musician Dave Grohl in 1995.
