Adjustable Cabinet Shelf Lights
Phantom adjustable shelf lights can be used to illuminate any custom creation of an architect, builder, or designer (provided the cabinet or bookcase has a solid back plane). Our custom shelf lighting fixtures are designed specifically for displays with varying shelf heights that are commonly found in collections and private libraries. Library cabinet lighting levels can be fine tuned through dimmer controls to create both functional and decorative lighting effects. Heat sinks and glare shields help bulbs operate at cooler temperatures, extending lamp life and protecting display contents from excessive IR output. Phantom strips can be made with either xenon or any one of three custom LED color temperatures-giving the interior decorator total freedom of choice in selecting a source that ideally compliments artistic lighting interior designs.
The amazing range of our adjustable shelf lighting applications that our fixtures can be used for is made possible by several unique and patented features of our custom technology. Because adjustable shelf lights are specifically designed for new constructions, they can be configured and installed as wireless hidden custom cabinet lighting source. This is made possible through a unique combination of patented buss bars, brass metal shelf supports, and brass contact pads connected to the linear strips themselves. Installing this proprietary technology takes only a few simple steps.
Custom Phantom buss bars are custom cut to the vertical height of the cabinet so they can be installed in routing on either side of the case. Each buss bar has screw holes located a regular intervals so metal shelf supports can be affixed to them at any desired height. The adjustable shelf linear lighting strips attach to the forward bottom of each shelf, concealed behind the reveal. Contact pads connected to the lighting strips complete the circuit when they are laid on top of the shelf supports. This wireless, low voltage circuit is thus completed using a few pads and screws making simple touch contact with one another-completely replacing the need for internal or external wiring with ingenious Phantom innovation.
If you are a collector, this gives you a tremendous freedom for setting up your display any way you choose to do so. For example, if you are collecting antiques of different types, you will no doubt need to vary shelf height to create variable display spaces to accommodate differently sized objects. The same could also hold true if you are an avid collector of hardback books. Rare prints and first editions will invariably feature different spine lengths, forcing you to adjust your shelving height accordingly. With in cabinet lighting strips that do not require rewiring the entire cabinet, you can do this in minutes without the help of an electrician, and at no risk of electrical hazard to yourself.
If you are a contractor responsible for building display cabinets and libraries for custom homeowners, consider the benefits you can pass along with adjustable LED shelf strip lighting that is not only easy and safe to manipulate, but also generates a superior quality of light than competing, standard fixtures. Our patented strips are made with glare shields that direct light downward and backward from a concealed location beneath the front of the shelf. This creates a more even distribution of light on book spines and collectibles, and it more effectively fills cabinet space with a warm, decorative, luminous aura.
Color temperature ranges include new 2800K LED festoon lamps, which emit a warm color tone that very closely approximates that of xenon. Adjustable shelf lights can also be built with the slightly cooler color temperatures of 2950K and 5000K. Xenon is also still available through special order, and even though it represents a traditionally shorter-life lighting source known to generate a great deal of heat, these negatives can be offset with heat sink technology that dissipates the heat away from contents, and from dimmer controls that allow wattage to be reduced to conserve both power and lamp life.

Adjusting b-tension without b-screw?
My 1st gear rubs agaist the cog which makes a noise, using my hand to pull it away fixes the problem. I do not have a b-tension screw to tighten which would fix my problem.
How else would one go about fixing it?
I don't think there is a hole although I never looked for a hole I don't think there is. The freewheel I had was stock and rubbed, I replaced it (other reason) with the same gear teeth so that's not a problem.
The chain is the same lengh as it was when I got it. I forget if it's been a problem since then.
I might go for a new derailleur front and back soon but not yet I'll try for more milage first but for let's say £50 what could I get for both front and back?
Is the b-screw missing? If so, just pick up a small metric stainless screw from the hardware store. Dab a little loctite on it and put it in.
If your derailleur wasn't designed with that screw, then I don't know if you can do anything about it. Make sure the chain is the proper length for your drivetrain. If it already is, then you could try removing a link or two...sometimes that will pull the derailleur cage enough that the pulleys may not contact the cog anymore. If that doesn't work just put the links back in the chain. Other than that, my only guess would be a longer derailleur hanger but that isn't something you can just change on a whim.
May be time to buy a new derailleur?

Just recently developed a "pouch" of belly fat. I am 44 yrs old. How do I get rid of it?
Never had belly fat. Got it around 2 yrs ago. I need to know which combination of exercises to do to get rid of it if that is possible and which foods to avoid. By the way, I have never exercised in my life since was naturally thin all my life. I weigh 150 lbs currently and stand 5 feet 8 inches tall.
To be really honest.....watching what you eat and Pilates..... YES even if you are a bloke!! My Dad does Pilates as he had trouble with his back....it is great to tighten the tum! And if you are single....great place to meet new women friends!!

How can I eat and not waste money?
I live alone and have a major cost issue that's proven itself time and again. When I buy a half-gallon of milk, which I don't use very often, but is an essential ingredient in many of the bachelor type meals....cereal, mac n cheese, a lot of hamburger/tuna helper...before I finish half, it goes bad. Same way with bread....cereal...lots of things. I've tried refrigerating the bread, and that lowers the quality...and I'm rather picky. Milk just goes bad if you dont' use it fast enough, and buying anything smaller than a half-gallon just isn't cost effective. Cereal is something I enjoy, but maybe twice a week or so, and before I finish half a box, it's gone stale. Anyone have any ideas on how to help a single man stop wasting food?
Buy a Tupperware cereal keeper. Keeps cereal fresh. Been using the same one for twenty years and it has never failed me. Buy canned evaporated milk, the little cans and dilute with equal amount of water for recipes. Get a big canning jar and pour half your milk in it and put the half in the jug in the freezer when you first get it. Then when you run out of milk for cereal, thaw out the jug. AND YES< YOU CAN FREEZE MILK, BEEN DOING THAT FOR 20 YEARS.
Also, you can buy smaller boxes of cereal at dollar tree and some dollar stores. Same cereal just a smaller box for a buck.
As for bread, we have a box from tupperware we put ours in, but unfortunately, because we aren't big bread eaters, it sometimes would go bad, our solution, save half the loaf in the freezer for toast. It doesn't taste any different when toasted and then you still have fresh out to eat. Or sometimes, we take it to the park and feed the ducks. Get a dog, go to the park and feed the ducks and bacholer may have company.
Those little cans of milk are 2/3 cup btw. I use them straight for my recipes, but because they are concentrated, most people add water. Really up to you.
If you can get used to the taste of powdered milk, buy some and keep it in tupperware for freshness. Then keep cold water in the fridge at all times, then all you have to do is mix the milk and use.

3 Ways To Reset Forgotten Windows Vista Password
Of course, you can always reset a password if you have another admin account for this machine. However, if this isn't the case, things can get a bit tricky, As a sys admin you are usually confronted with this problem if user have laptops where you don't have an admin account. Even if you don't have to reset a password now, you should get acquainted with this issue. Rest assured that sooner or later a user will bug you with this problem. I must admin that I have forgot vista password more than once.
Option 1: Create a password reset disk
Vista allows you to create a password reset disk which enables you reset your password without much hassle. The problem with this option is that you have to reset disk before the password is lost. If you have many Windows machines where users logon locally, this might be a daunting task. You can find a description of how to create a password reset disk here.
Option 2: Get Password & Registry Editor
With this option you have to boot from a CD and then manipulate the SAM database.
Manipulating the SAM database is always a bit risky. But if you have no password reset disk, this is the only way. Note that this tools comes without any warranty. I've been using it quite a few times in Windows 2000 and had never any problem with it though. The latest version also supports Windows Vista.
Option 3: Use Windows Password Reset 7.0
Windows Password Reset 7.0 is professional Windows password recovery software to reset Windows vista password for you to log into Windows instantly without reinstalling the OS.
